I left a comment on my blog regarding this tag. I don't post memes that I've been tagged about but I will answer it here for you if that is okay.
Seven random or weird things about me....
1) I cook my butter beans with molasses and lots of margarine (my kids think I'm totally gross...but I love them...its how my daddy ate them as I was growing up)
2) I'm a nail biter....I've bitten my nails since I was a small child and have never been able to break the habit.
3) I lived 28 years of my life without even hearing the name of Jesus let alone knowing anything about Him. I know...hard to believe but its true.
4) I've lived in four different states (Iowa...Ohio...Kansas...Georgia) I lived in Iowa twice...I was born there then moved when I was in 6th grade then moved back one year later to a different city.
5) I collect lighthouses.
6) Red is my favorite color.
7) I was a fast food assistant manager for 4 1/2 years in my early 20s. (Burger King...and still can't stand to eat there to this day)
There ya go!! That is all I could come up with and that took me a while...LOL!!
Sis LuAnne, I appreciate the tag. I don't normally tag people - but I appreciate the invitation to check out your blog. Sis Julie's blog is one of my favourites, and I have visited Rachel's in the past, and was blessed by several posts. The others I am not familiar with yet.
Here is an invitation to a friend and webpartner's blog Maranatha - Kate Plourde I believe you will find it a blessing, if you haven't been there yet.

Okay, here goes:
1) When I was really young, orange was my favourite colour because I got an orange sucker with Winnie The Pooh on it. Blue is my altime favourite colour.
2) I have one brother, 1 and a half sisters (my dad remarried and had one daughter), and both my real parents are now in Heaven.
3) My favourite books of the Bible are the books with a lot of poetry in them: Job, Psalms, Song of Solomon, Isaiah.
4) I work at the Kelowna Gospel Mission in Kelowna, BC, Canada. I have volunteered and preached there for various years, but became a member of their staff in September 2006, and Supervisor in April 2007. Good job - but hard at times.
5) My favourite Christian fiction author is Al Lacy - he is fundamental, KJVonly, IFB. His style is much like Louis Lamour's - though without the junk in his writings - in fact, he clearly presents the Gospel in almost all of his books (except for his first series, Battles Of Destiny), and some of his books contain excellent refutals of various religious philosophies. So if you are trying to witness to some relative who loves pioneer and western fiction, as well as other themes from the 19th century, recommend brother Lacy's books.
6) Okay, I am running out of ideas...
How about: I love coffee - which is why you will see coffee mugs in my signature and as my avatar on various boards.
7) I love blogging/writing, but I have a hard time just blogging a little... A lot of my studies and devotionals become longer than planned, because once I start digging into the Bible on various themes and word studies, its hard to stop me!
God bless, and thanks for the invitation! Sorry it took me this long to get over here and leave a comment.
